Panda Digitizing provides embroidery digitizing and vector art conversion services. You upload your artwork, and we convert it into machine-ready embroidery files or vector formats as ordered.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may register using your email or through a social login provider (Google, Facebook).
We offer revisions on completed work as described in your order. Revision requests should be made through your account so our team can process them.
Payment terms depend on your account type. Orders may require payment before delivery. Unpaid balances may restrict new orders.
You retain ownership of your original artwork. Once your order is complete and paid, you own the digitized/vector files we deliver. We may keep copies for record-keeping and support purposes only.
Completed files are delivered through your account. It is your responsibility to download and verify them. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect specifications provided by you.
If we are unable to deliver acceptable results after reasonable revisions, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to misuse our service, upload unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the website. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Our services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
