Flat-rate from $18.99 for 2-day standard, $24.99 for 1-day priority, and $38.99 for same-day rush. Jacket backs (larger than 7.5") start at $35.99. All formats and unlimited revisions are always included — no hidden fees.
How much does vector art conversion cost? +
Vector art conversion starts at $60 for 2-day standard, $100 for 1-day priority, and $150 for same-day rush. All formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) included in every order.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and our Panda Coins prepaid system. You can also choose Pay Later (invoice after delivery) for standard orders.

What embroidery formats do you deliver? +

Which format should I use? +
If unsure, request DST — it works on virtually all commercial machines. Tell us your machine brand and we'll automatically send the right format.

What image formats can I upload? +

Do your files run clean on first sew-out? +

Do you digitize for cap embroidery? +
Yes! Cap digitizing is one of our specialties. We account for cap curvature, fabric tension, and stitch direction. Perfect results on structured and unstructured caps.
Can you digitize small text? +
Yes. Small text is technically challenging. Our experts use satin stitches for lettering as small as 4mm height. Below 3mm we use running stitch outlines for readability.
Do you offer 3D puff digitizing? +
Yes! Specify "3D puff" in your order notes. We use foam underlay techniques to create bold raised designs. Best results on caps, jackets and bags.
Can you digitize patches? +
Absolutely. Iron-on, sew-on, and chenille patches all supported. Border options include merrow, satin, laser-cut and heat seal. Specify in your order notes.
Do you do appliqué digitizing? +
Yes. We digitize placement stitches, tack-down, and finishing satin borders for appliqué designs. Specify fabric type and appliqué location in your order.
